THE MAGNA CARTA ’24

on setting a benchmark

The strongest partnerships don’t simply elevate an event. They redefine what’s possible.

When Villa Grace partnered with Veuve Clicquot & The Polo Beach Club for The Magna Carta 2024, the ambition extended beyond creating another memorable brunch. Together, the goal was to demonstrate how a globally recognised luxury brand could be interpreted through an experience that felt unmistakably rooted in Accra, Ghana.

Working alongside Villa Grace and Veuve Clicquot, ALOD coordinated the production and delivery of an ambitious seaside transformation at Polo Beach Club. Every decision – from spatial planning and hospitality flow to vendor coordination and guest experience – was carefully orchestrated to create an atmosphere where food, music, champagne, and culture existed as one seamless experience.

The result resonated far beyond the event itself. The Magna Carta became a benchmark for Veuve Clicquot activations across Africa, contributing to a 200% increase in sales while demonstrating how global luxury brands can build deeper relevance through thoughtfully curated local experiences.

“The Magna Carta experience embodies the true credentials of Veuve Clicquot as a luxury champagne for key moments and celebrations.” — Christopher Opara, Brand Experiences Manager, Moët Hennessy
