Good interiors maximise space. Great interiors change how it feels to live within it.
Commissioned to furnish and style a one-bedroom investment apartment at The Denya in Osu, our brief was simple: create a home that felt welcoming, functional and effortlessly liveable, while appealing equally to long- and short-term tenants.
Rather than filling the apartment with furniture, we carefully curated pieces that served both practical needs, and warmed the atmosphere of the space itself.. Every decision was made to enhance openness, encourage comfort and create visual rhythm without overwhelming the apartment’s modest footprint.
The design centred around a striking artwork of a woman in a yellow dress. Its warmth became the visual anchor for the entire interior, inspiring a carefully balanced palette of soft greys, warm timber and restrained accents of yellow throughout the apartment.
From sourcing furniture and artwork to styling, installation and photography, ALOD delivered a complete interior ready for the rental market.
Soon after completion, the apartment welcomed its first tenant.
Sometimes the best measure of good design is simply how quickly someone decides they can picture themselves living there.
